Anthony Abuah
Biography
Award-winning filmmaker and playwright Anthony Abuah was born in Kenya to a Rwandan mother and a Nigerian father. Abuah developed an interest in performance aged 11 whilst attending L’Ecole Internationale de Geneve, Switzerland and this was further strengthened by his involvement with the London based MeWe Youth Theatre company. In 2010 Abuah’s play Another Biafra received the Ogeyinka Merit Award.
